We are looking for a Technical Associate to join our IT recruiting department.
As a Technical Associate, you will be working on the entire life cycle of recruitment (i.e. sourcing, screening, and hiring) for the different technical positions. You will also communicate with potential candidates via online and offline platforms to promote our employer brand, and thus, hire them.
- Screen and evaluate candidates.
- Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
- Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
- Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
- Post requirements on the job sites/boards.
- Maintain database of candidates using online software package.
- Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System
- 0-3 years of sales or recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Reasoning skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Learning Agility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
