Job Description:
Support transition management and communications projects at a portfolio level for a ~1,500-person technology service organization which operates in an Agile product model. Serve as a transition management expert who can quickly assess and scope critical TM needs and recommend a strategy and next steps based on deep TM expertise. Leads TM workshops with director-level stakeholders, support multiple TM projects simultaneously by providing expertise and pushing for progress and results in the midst of ambiguity.

Ability to ask good questions to quickly assess TM needs and catalyze team to action with minimal context essential. Bias toward action and strong planning and multitasking skills essential. TM experience in an Agile Product Model essential. Client experience highly preferred. Strong copywriting/communications skills ideal but not essential. Ability to present to executive-level audiences ideal but not essential.
