Supply Planning team is the point between regional demand needs and factory needs. We put all the regional plans into one global plan and decide what to buy and when
We have a system called Logility – they’ll have assigned factories; As demand is updated every 2 weeks, they’ll review the factory space and decide what will be purchased when.
50% in system execution
50% coordination on delivery issues, available production space (capacity issues), working with liaison offices in Asia.

Excel – Intermediate; PPR is a large pivot table report. They’ll need to refresh and make some updates. Some formulas
Power BI – For Reporting. Web based but using canned reports
Microsoft Access – Don’t really need to know this; they are just using basic function.
Requirements §
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent work experience. MBA beneficial.
3-5 years’ experience, preferably in supply chain management, planning or logistics and mastery of relevant technical or business skills required to accomplish the job.
Footwear industry experience strongly desired. International business work experience desired.
