The Strategy and Operations team works to drive increased efficiency; amplify predictability and consistency in our strategic and business planning processes; and deliver on opportunities with the biggest impact across the CAO and client.   

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

We need an experienced Transition Management professional to lead our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at our world headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. We have a multi-million-dollar, cross-functional portfolio of work that requires a person who can lead a team of Project Managers and Training professionals who will leverage appropriate best practices to deliver value back to the CAO, and the client, Inc. business. To be successful, you need to be knowledgeable, adaptable, able to effectively navigate and influence senior leaders, and lead, coach, drive and inspire your team to direct reports.

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON? 

This person will focus on building the PMO and associated capabilities that will deliver value back to the CAO. Additionally, this person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology. One of your primary responsibilities will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.  

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? 

As part of the Global Operations team, your key stakeholders are our global CAO teammates, counterparts in other enabling functions, and business counterparts when applicable.     

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLIENT 

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
  2. 7-10 years of experience in Transition Management, Organizational Effectiveness or Project Management
  3. Experience in transition management strategy/deliverables for regional/global strategic change initiatives including engagement, communications, behavior change, readiness and training.
  4. Proven ability to successfully navigate and get things done within a large highly matrixed and complex organization with a charismatic, can-do attitude
  5. Proven presentation and facilitation skills, including high-profile, executive communications
  6. Demonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get work done
  7. Effective stakeholder engagement experience  
  8. Excellent organizational, communications and influencing skills
