Job Description

Distributed Workforce Offense – Transition/Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Transition/Change Manager who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.  You have the ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail.  As the DWO Transition/Change Manager, you will be an integral part of the team to help support and deliver critical workstreams. You will partner with our project/program managers, workstream leads, analysts, and leadership team to deliver results.

As a Transition/Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing ongoing relationships with partners across a range of Client functions, including HR, Geo leaders, WD+C, and Global Technology.  Core responsibilities include:

  • Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements (in partnership with leadership)
  • Assist with delivery of strategic communication plans messaging
  • Coordinate project deliverables and act as a liaison to technology teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business concerns and goals
  • Develop and, where appropriate, execute workable solutions
  • Partner with Internal/External Communication team to update and develop internal Transition Management strategies/plans focused on building activation, cultural awareness, site success and feedback measures
  • Help support team communication activities such as: presentation materials, status reports, quarterly updates, etc.

  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and appropriate handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication
  • Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and ensure attention to detail
  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Positive team player who seeks the collective success of the team
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Track record of success, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years minimum professional experience. Corporate experience preferred.
  • Proven experience organizing complex work
  • Experience working with many cross functional teams
  • Experience working on global projects is a plus 
  • Change management certification is a plus- please note this project will not utilize standard CM methodology
