Job Description

Strategic Communications Coordinator

As a Strategic Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for designing communications materials supporting sustainability data and analytics. You will partner with team members, such as sustainability analysts, to design processes, templates, and assets to regularly visualize and describe data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports across a range of audiences. You will be tasked with evolving this team’s suite of presentation templates, so it is important to have high attention to detail, efficient PowerPoint/deck building skills, and excellent visual design skills.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with ability to tailor message to audiences
  • Experience creating communications assets for executive teams
  • Highly polished design capabilities and data visualization skills
  • Strong analytical, investigative, interpersonal, written, and communicative skills
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings or other meetings as assigned
  • Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials or documents for meetings
  • High competency with PC, MS Office – Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe suite, etc
  • Other duties as assigned
