Job Description

Program Director needed to help get our on Campus Retail Mock Shop up and running.  This person will need to have the ability to communicate to leaders and across functions but also skilled to manage day to day activities in the space.  There are 3 areas of focus that will be needed to get the space up and running.

01 FACILITIES

  • Act as generalist for building
  • Establish building procedures
  • Oversee 365 management 
  • Manage seasonal programming
  • Manage vendor / contract support
  • Liasion to wd&c
  • Establish seasonal programming framework (eventually hire resources to: Manage seasonal programming)
  • Oversee vendor / contract support (eventually hire resources to: Manage vendor / contract support)

02 SAMPLE MGMT

  • Create 365 sample process
  • Develop inventory system (eventually hire resources to manage inventory system)
  • Manage partnerships with tenants
  • Manage financial budgets for samples across tenants

03 OPS & PRODUCTION

  • Lead consumer code alignment across teams
  • Drive resource planning within team
  • Create, evolve tools and process to maximize efficiency
