The Process Specialist supports the CI Manager and is responsible for activities related to process controls monitoring, systems implementation support and business support for end users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Documents, processes, maintains and creates training material related to business processes and system usage. (Video and written).
• Trains end-users on software (mainly ERP) and hardware elements.
• Assists as new systems and/or application modules are implemented.
• Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and visual metrics for internal teams
• Evaluates factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints, or need for security restrictions to determine app configuration.
• Develops policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
• Consults with IT Manager and other departments as needed.
• Collaborates with vendor to map and conduct data migration procedures and validate data integrity.
• Establishes KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
• Recommends improvements in systems functionality.
• Develops and manages business intelligence solutions for the organization
• Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 1-2 years related experience in analytics, controls monitoring, workflow analysis and supporting info technology.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Understanding of business processes and ERP implementations and support experience.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve inquiries.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reporting and data visualization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with the following programs is highly desired: E21 (ERP) / PowerBI / MS SQL Server / Office 365
• Knowledge of financial modelling (Budgeting / Forecasting / Costing) a plus
• Knowledge/experience in the food manufacturing industry a plus

Work Type
This role is a full-time, normally scheduled Monday through Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm. Overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.
