We are a team of creatives helping fill Converse’s digital marketplace with beautiful and thoughtful bits of content. The content team sits within Global Digital Design and works alongside, strategy, copy and design to tell great stories season after season. We blend art and commerce, to bring our iconic brand into the commercial environment. We don’t rest until we’ve made sure every shot and edit has an unignorable sense of both product and brand.
Our primary task is to help our global marketing teams create the work that fuels our fastet growing sales channel –– Converse.com and all the digital retail touch points that sit around it. Our secondary task is to
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a Designer (with a focus on content creation for the digital ecosystem) to join our our Global Digital Design team at Converse (based at Converse WHQ in Boston).
We’re looking for someone who will join our team of creatives bringing content creation, product focused lifestyle shoot planning, on-set art direction (still & video) to our team. Not to mention a passion for sneaker culture and storytelling.

On any given day as a Designer for Global Digital Design, your role will include planning photoshoots (creation of shot lists including all components of photoshoot creative direction), on-set art direction (virtual during Covid times, back on set once we’re able to), creating post shoot selects and selects decks, retouching notes, video editing creative direction notes and presenting your creative work to team leadership. This content will be leveraged across Converse digital channels (converse.com / social / paid social / email / banners) and a knowledge of content best practices for end-in-mind use in these channels is necessary. All of this content will bring to life the Converse Brand, our seasonal brand visual centers and our community.
We’re seeking someone with a collaborative attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative, isn’t shy to voice their point of view, has knowledge and passion for sneaker and youth culture and loves the Converse Brand. The work will be challenging, never boring, and we expect you’ll be an integral part of the creative team bringing new digital experiences and solutions to the Converse brand.
In addition to the team of content designers you will be a part of, on a daily basis you will be collaborating with the functions on our Global Digital Design team consisting of digital designers, copywriters and project managers. You’ll also spend a lot of time with the experience strategists, members of the Brand team, UX team, Geography Digital teams and Product Teams.
