We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Design and implement employee contracts, and policies/practices.
- Manage our recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Build and maintain good rapport with the employees by addressing their demands and grievances.
- Overlook all operational aspects of HR including accounting, reports management, and ensure legal compliance, etc.
- Be actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process plan.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1-3 years’ experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- MBA graduates preferred.
- Knowledge of HR working patterns
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent Communication & Written skills.
