Global Stores Business Operations Manager
As a Business Operation Manager in Global Stores, you will work with global teams across the Client Direct Stores & Services (NDSS) organization to activate our Value Delivery Approach. This approach includes processes with key activities (e.g., Intake Review, Discovery, Prioritization, Quarterly Commit, etc.), and is supported by a tool called “Aha!”. We are looking for someone that can help us coordinate the key activities, administer the tool, and build basic training documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Operating Offense & Value Delivery Approach activities (e.g., meeting invites, agenda creation, recap distribution, content collection, etc.)
- Administration of toolset configuration and reporting, ensuring data integrity and multi-functional feedback on enhancements
- Create basic process and toolset training documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related discipline
- Background / experience in direct vertical retail and/or retail support preferred
- Advanced skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Aha!
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to construct and format effective reports and presentations, including basic training documentation creation
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a global team
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Agile Principle experience is a plus
