Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 2 years

Qualification: Any Technical Degree

Job Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the generated leads and send an initial mail to the client in offering our staffing service.
  • You will be doing the initial level of email campaigns and cold calling with the client to make sure if the client has any staffing / full-time requirements.
  • You will be consistently following up (through calls and emails) with the client to arrange a conference call with the technical recruitment team.
  • You will send the conference call consolidation to the client and make sure that the client and our company are on the same page in the required understanding.
  • You will work with the client in executing the contract for staffing/full-time needs.

Job Requirement:

  • Should have an understanding of Software technologies. A UG degree with a technical background will be a must for this role.
  • Should have 0.6 to 2 years of experience in any sales or customer handling.
  • Should be strong in composing emails & handle US client calls.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Should have a high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
  • Should be a good team player for this role.
  • Should be willing to work in US shift timing.
