Would prefer 3-4 years of progressive program management experience.
Key Responsibilities…
- Support the self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve its daily and iteration objectives.
- Mentor Agile teams in self-organization and cross-functionality and promote Agile mentality.
- Protect the team from interruptions and distractions to clear a path for efficiency.
- Foster a positive environment for the Agile team to continually improve and learn.
- Drive cross Capability coordination and scheduling with the other Scrum teams.
- Facilitate ceremonies/team meetings and ensure time-boxed events stay within their allotted time.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, and Shared Resources during PI Planning and Release Planning Meetings to remove issues and raise risks, as appropriate.
- E2E program management and tracking: expertise on leading cross-functional E2E program delivery. Substantial experience in an agile and product model structure. Ability to establish and continuously lead project planning process and tracking systems to analyze developments /accomplishments, and challenges.
- Functional knowledge: deep understanding and knowledge of portfolio and program management as well as Agile Delivery.
- Dependency management: ability to assess, understand and lead program dependencies including coordinating teams and resources needed to implement.
