Team & Role

Client ’s Transformational Change Office (TCO) has three primary goals:

  • Deliver Transition Management on enterprise tech projects
  • Support TM/Adoption excellence on Client ’s largest digital transformation programs
  • Build scalable TM capabilities and community within Global Technology 

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to support the goals above, with focus on #3 (Build scalable TM capabilities and community within Global Technology).

Duties May Include:

  • Independently drive forward project-based TM work to fill gaps on enterprise technology initiatives as needed
  • Assist in identifying and document Transition Management processes, best practices and capabilities
  • Create trainings and build a resource library for Transition Management professionals
  • Facilitate communities of practice and cross-functional meetings across Global Technology
  • Build concise and visually clean presentations to communicate problem statements and proposed solutions
  • Work with stakeholders across Client ’s matrix (business + tech) to align on Transition Management and Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant industry developments
  • Manage communications, approvals, and brand voice for the TCO
  • Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries
  • Responsible for engagement with technology business operations teams 

 

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For: 

  • Experience delivering change management / transition management on large, cross-functional programs required
  • Experience with broad stakeholder communications, executive presentation design and building trainings
  • Comfortable working within a technology focused environment
  • Client  experience is preferred
  • Change Management Methodology certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred
  • Familiarity with change portfolio management preferred (i.e. how to deliver change management effectively across a portfolio of projects/programs)
  • Familiarity with change management / transition management on both agile and waterfall programs preferred
  • Ability to influence others and gain consensus across broad sets of audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
