Transition Management Manager, Product Security

Global Product Security’s mission is to protect Client ’s competitive advantage by preventing theft, loss and leaks of product throughout the creation and delivery processes. We focus on empowering Client  employees and partners to mitigate risk of incidents through tried-and-true product security standards. Global Product Security partners closely with footwear and apparel Consumer Creation teams, Global Investigations, The Client  Intelligence Center, and more.

Who we are looking for

As part of the Product Security End-to-End team, the TM manager will help support Product Security in transformational change (processes, tools and capabilities) execution through deliberate and thoughtful transition strategies. Within your role, you will use your change management experience to collaborate with Consumer Creation and key business partners to develop and maintain global engagement strategies to support the Product Security Captains program, a volunteer-based product security advocacy program, and the protection of Client ’s most innovative products.

What you will work on

  • Leads change/transition management efforts across functions and workstreams to enable transition efforts; provides organizational impact assessments; drives partner engagement, organizational readiness, communication planning, learning and development, adoption metrics and tracking, and general oversight of transition management efforts.
  • Creates project management and engagement frameworks, end to end mapping of impacts, implementation planning, and rollout strategy for change and transformation projects within Product Security.
  • Participates in the coordination, design and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and meetings, where necessary.
  • Measures effectiveness and innovates – Solicits feedback and listens to partners to evaluate the transition landscape to generate user-centric updates or innovative approaches for enhancing overall engagement.
  • Serves as a liaison with other transition teams at Client , as appropriate.

 

Who you will work with

This manager will work directly with the Global Product Security, Product Security Captains, Manufacturing and across teams in Consumer Creation to ensure we’re driving a consistent experience.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational effectiveness or related field
  • 5+ years of program and change management experience in a corporate environment, centered on large-scale transformational change
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, developing and executing project workbacks, timelines and budgets
  • Proven track record of communicating plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis
  • Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a time-bound environment, while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a cohesive strategy
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business

Deliverables:

  • Key Events Calendar – maintain updates as we receive feedback and Consumer Code adjusts
  • Overlapped Key Events Calendar (multi-season, multi-product, Global Product Security view)
  • If overlap KEC does not suffice, alpha project plan
  • Defined engagement strategy for Alpha projects that creates consistency in how we engage, inform and interact with key project members.
  • Defined re-engagement strategy for the PSC program as we return to work (very little to no engagement over the past 2 years).
  • Partner with comms lead to develop PSC and Alpha project engagement templates
  • Partner with Consumer Code comms lead to integrate Product Security standards into one-pagers, comms and overlap calendar.
