Job description:
• Owns and maintains the requirements of reporting on project or program status
• Responsible for creating program/project plans, scope, schedule and budget with accountability towards the deliverable
• Owns and manages the budget tracking and reporting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Creates, assesses and implements risk mitigation plans to resolve negative impact to the project/program
• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of backlog that reflects product prioritization
• Creates, assesses and implements risk mitigation plans to resolve negative impact to the program
• Responsible for removing barriers and dependencies that may affect timely delivery
• Ensures teams have tools and resources needed to perform work effectively and communicates any resource needs
• Responsible for continual process and efficiency improvement within scrum team by conducting retrospectives with cross functional members and shares best practices
• Oversees the execution of the contracts needed to complete the project/program
