Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an Engagement Analyst for Product Innovation and Consumer Creation. This role will be a leader in the Client  Global Technology Product Innovation and Consumer Creation (PI&CC) group and support Client ’s PI&CC program and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring a high level of creativity and passion for building and sharing the vision and direction of PI&CC. A solid communications foundation is a must. We are looking for an organized professional with people skills and an eye for detail. You will work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting engagement, collaboration, and innovation.

You will develop and implement communication strategies and embrace creative channels to elevate our global narrative within our team, and cross functionally across Global Technology. You will create and drive employee engagement and operational programs and build trust and facilitate dialogue to improve team and culture.

In addition to people management skills and experience, the candidate needs to have influencing and storytelling skills, strategic planning, understanding of human behaviors, transition management experience, planning and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail orientation, decisiveness, and the ability to partner are a must.

What you will work on

You will be working with the PI&CC leadership team to provide engagement, cultural, communications and training experiences to mature the PI&CC domain. You will:

  • Develop and inform the team and partners of organizational initiatives, announcements, and engagement opportunities, while ensuring global and diverse perspectives
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address team and customer-specific needs and challenges
  • Drive transition management principles and methodology across the global team
  • Training and Awareness Building: Lead and develop training materials to support Change and Transition and act as content provider for training materials related to transition management
  • Develop the engagement, culture and communication strategy and plan to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization
  • Align on best practices with other Engagement and Transition Managers and stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.
  • Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives
  • Manage editorial calendar and ensure team delivery of communications through various tools and platforms to reach a global audience
  • Proactively create engagement opportunities for team to connect our diverse teammates, Client  and our community. Examples include Virtual All Hands / Check-Ins, surveys, registrations, community drives, team bonding events, networking, etc.
  • Maintain and update operational materials such as onboarding documents and organizational-wide content on Confluence
  • Develop and assess engagement and transition management KPIs and success metrics.
  • Be a thought-partner in growing the team and elevating the Technology Operations brand across Client , Inc.
  • Partner with Global Operations and Technology communications team on global content activations and initiatives
  • Partner with Client UNITED networks and Global Technology diversity business partners to amplify DEI initiatives.

Who you will work with

You will report to the Director of Business Operations & Engagement.  You will work with your BOE teammates, PI&CC leadership, and business and technology teams.

What you bring to Client

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, communication planning, media, targeted communications or related experience in marketing strategy, planning and implementation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the athletic industry, as well as tech, sport and cultural trends in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to influence and motivate others in a cross-functional team
  • Ability to establish an independent view, while effectively collaborating with peers in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI and conversion rates
  • Strong verbal and written communication, as well as information-seeking skills
  • Strong quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to drive recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel; Mac skills also highly preferred
  • Passion for connecting CIS services and mission to the core Client  business units
  • Highly skilled in both verbal and visual high-profile communication
  • Deep understanding of the complex multi-functional environment of Client , with ability to build connections, influence, and alignment with your partners
  • Demonstrated ability for problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • Ability to define clear objectives and priorities for the team, including willingness to prioritize the most impacting elements
  • Vision for leading and uniting the team around the CIS and Client  missions, staying anchored in what we stand for and helping other teams succeed
