Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an Engagement Analyst for Product Innovation and Consumer Creation. This role will be a leader in the Client Global Technology Product Innovation and Consumer Creation (PI&CC) group and support Client ’s PI&CC program and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring a high level of creativity and passion for building and sharing the vision and direction of PI&CC. A solid communications foundation is a must. We are looking for an organized professional with people skills and an eye for detail. You will work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting engagement, collaboration, and innovation.
You will develop and implement communication strategies and embrace creative channels to elevate our global narrative within our team, and cross functionally across Global Technology. You will create and drive employee engagement and operational programs and build trust and facilitate dialogue to improve team and culture.
In addition to people management skills and experience, the candidate needs to have influencing and storytelling skills, strategic planning, understanding of human behaviors, transition management experience, planning and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail orientation, decisiveness, and the ability to partner are a must.
