SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – NRTD

We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Client  Global Technology WHQ, Portland, Oregon.  Join us if you have willingness to learn new technologies, share knowledge and learn from others. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? 

Client  Streaming Platform is a central nervous system for real-time data processing which enables high throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant enterprise streaming capability of delivering trillions of events per day. After joining the team, you will be building a fully monitored, managed and scalable platform, that will allow Client  engineers to automatically provision Apache Kafka clusters effortlessly to accelerate delivering applications consuming real-time data.  You will also have the ability to contribute to Near Real-Time Data Platform’s micro services based orchestration layer.

WHAT YOU BRING TO Client

• Solid experience in languages – Go, other optional languages - Java, JavaScript, Python
• Experience in building large-scale, production grade, cloud native software
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes or other container technologies
• Experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP or other

Bonus points for:

• Experience in distributed software monitoring, application performance monitoring & its visual representation.
• Experience with data streaming platforms (i.e., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache NiFi).
