The Lead Program Manager will drive key programs within the Global Technology / Technology Innovation Office Portfolio. This candidate will be seasoned in program management, with a product mentality, within the technology space, preferably experience supporting tech innovation. This candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, analytics and reporting skills and demonstrated experience working within an agile program model structure. This role requires a candidate who is strong at building relationships across functions to align and drive execution and is a problem solver with an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution. Given the role supports Technology Innovation, it is highly desired that the ideal candidate has supported Innovation and has background of product management to be successful.

This person should be comfortable dealing with ambiguities and helping setup structure for innovation which tends to be fluid and comes with many unknowns. Ability to listen, understand and deliver while building positives relationships across the org. This individual will play equal parts strategizer, problem solver doer, influencer and delivery specialist, and build an inclusive team environment that encourages a diversity of perspectives and ambitious ideas.

You will be asked to lead programs and will be responsible for the end-to-end timely, on budget technology execution, actively engaging key business and technology portfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood and addressed. You will co-create and help develop product dashboards, portfolio reporting and analysis activities.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

In this role you will work with a diverse, multi-functional set of team members and business partners to understand the needs of the program, develop and implement a program communications plan, apply program collaboration tools and lead the delivery of key technology solutions into market. You'll work closely to coordinate with other Technology teams on dependencies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 5-7 years of Technical Program Management experience; self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, vitality, and drive.
  • 3+ years’ experience in CPG, Retail & Consumer goods, Manufacturing & Hi-tech experience preferred.
  • Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
  • Demonstrated organization skills leading projects from conception through implementation
  • Experience running and implementing multi-million-dollar budgets(>5M) across multiple technology platforms and business areas
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including ability to clearly connect with business stakeholders, and Technology teams
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated proficiency with technical programs/projects
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Deep experience with tools such as Aha! JIRA, Confluence and Planisware
