About this role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Growth product line. In this role you will work on the client platform which enables millions of travelers each year book experiences with businesses that run on client.

As a Product Manager for Growth you will be responsible for bringing products to the client platform that are related to expanding our serviceable market, developing expansion revenue, and products that continue to position client as the leading platform in our space. You’ll be working directly with the CEO and driving the product development process across all stakeholders including design, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

You will be responsible for driving the entire product development process for the products you manage, from ideation to stable product. You will be responsible for crafting problem statements and spec documents, and work with and direct all stakeholders through the completion of those products, including design, engineering, QA, and customer support. With a product that is deemed to be customer ready, you will continue to collaborate with the Customer Success team to run beta processes, elicit feedback from customers you fold back into the development cycle, and continue to monitor adoption and success of the product.

  • Customer Obsession: Deeply understand the needs and wants of customers via direct interaction as well as data analytics.
  • Product Prioritization: Run operations around feature vetting, scoring, prioritization, and selection process across multiple stakeholders who have product demands and/or put demands on product development. Align all stakeholders to a product roadmap.
  • Product Ideation: You maintain a rigorous process around crafting product requirements, first thoroughly characterizing the problem(s) before moving to solutions. With a deep understanding of the underlying problems, you move to a broad exploration of potential solutions, iterating down to a proposed product, translating product requirements to low-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate with other product stakeholders: engineers, designers, and other cross-functional representatives, and maintain team health and cohesion throughout the product development process.
  • Lean Methodology: Embody lean startup culture of build → measure → learn. You can simultaneously consider a broad and intricate vision of a product while adhering to the constraints of MVPs and shipping viable products quickly and reliably with holistic product adoption, iteration, and refinement.
  • Market Analysis: Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Co-create Strategic Roadmaps: Co-create and collaborate with CEO and CTO to explore strategic, commercially driven product roadmaps.
  • Competitive Landscape: Understand competing solutions and gaps if any in our offering.

Role Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Longitudinal product management over multiple product cycles
  • History of building B2B applications / products
  • Strong UX thinking and design forward
  • Strong technical and analytical ability
