As the PICC Business Operations Vendor Support Specialist, your role on the team will include leveraging your knowledge of industry best practices, communication and problem-solving skills to assist in managing the vendor lifecycle across Product Innovation & Consumer Creation.  In this position you will function as a hub of communication and tracking for all aspects of vendor management ensuring alignment across all of PICC.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain forecast and master calendar of contract renewals
  • Develop reporting and vendor metrics and scorecards to track performance
  • Plan and schedule strategic reviews of vendor performance
  • Document Engineering and Cyber Ops roadmap plans for vendors
  • Support divestiture and on-boarding of new vendor relationships
  • Work with Value Added Resellers to obtain quotes and pricing
  • Establish meeting cadence, facilitate, and document renewal decision points
  • Drive process adherence, consensus building, and timeline management
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Five years of information technology experience or vendor management
  • Strong background in vendor metrics and reporting
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of information technology systems and process
  • Experience in vendor setup / on-boarding
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with vendor contracts and service agreements
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to describe complex situations in simple terms
  • Comfortable with interfacing with other internal partners
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work
  • Resolves problems independently and/or through a support team
  • Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential

Additional skills and qualifications preferred, but not required

  • Experience negotiating contracts including price and structure
  • Finance or Accounting background
  • Knowledge of information security principles and practice
