SEC Business Process Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager to be part of a high performing GTM team, delivering new capabilities and value to the Enterprise. This role is responsible for providing large scale program management for critical tracks of work within the SEC program including a self starter, flexible problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots across multiple functions within client’s matrixed organization.

The candidate should have substantial demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs, should be dedicated, proactive and must show the capacity to manage several concurrent tracks of work. Superb teamwork skills are essential as is the ability to build trusted relationships with key technology and business partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be partnering closely with Marketplace partners and North America stakeholders to:

  • Partner with Marketplace Partners to ensure engagement, buy-in and alignment of business stakeholders for operationalizing new capabilities

  • Assess impact of new Global processes/capabilities on EDI and the North America ordering process

  • Collaborate across the matrix to determine process and operating model shifts required to operationalize EDI capabilities within North America

  • Leverage your business acumen to provide detailed business input and influence Global requirements and design processes to ensure North America’s needs are represented and strategic objectives can be met

  • Highlight functional business risks, issues and opportunities to program leadership and business stakeholders

  • Lead the development and roll out of geography specific processes, including process documentation and training as needed

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to the NA Sr. Digital Platform Manager and work closely with North America Marketplace teams, Global Partner Go to Market teams, SEC program leaders and functional business partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree, Business, or related discipline

  • Minimum three years of progressive experience in Order Management, EDI, System roll-outs, Supply Chain, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related field

  • At least three years of order management, EDI or Marketplace experience

  • Expereince in program management skills in implementations, experience with ERP implementations preffered

  • Experience in change management, process management a plus

  • Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment

  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles, that rely on ability to collaborate with other
