The client Direct Agile Program Management (APM) organization is dedicated to continuously accelerating value delivery in the Digital Product space! Central APM is responsible for defining, maturing, and championing the role of agile program management by maintaining a center of practice, training teams, championing Agile and Lean development practices, sourcing industry-leading talent, managing client Direct digital portfolio in order to maximize ROI, and owning portfolio wide enterprise programs for client Direct. On teams, programs and products that are critical priorities for client Direct, Central APM deploys resources and partners with Global Technology as well as all other partners in order to accelerate value delivery while acting as change agents and leading by example.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Central APM org is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help build the future of our Digital capabilities & experiences. Our focus is to accelerate the delivery of value to our consumers in a personalized & relevant way. This candidate should have strong end-to-end program management and organizational skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships across a matrixed organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Program Manager you will manage critical deliverables across cross-functional teams that include Digital Product, Marketing, Global Technology, and NDDC; to ultimately enable iterative end-to-end delivery of value to our consumers. You will instill a positive team culture across all partners, encouraging teams around a common goal of fueling innovation in client Direct.

A typical day/week includes program managing priority programs across key functions, running all intake and implementation for that area, and sharing key insights/findings/roadblocks with the cross-functional leadership team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will report directly into a Director of Program Management under the Central Agile Program Management organization, and will belong to the broader client Direct Digital Product team. You will partner closely with a large amount of cross-functional teams to lead and drive end-to-end programs. Above all, you will be a steadfast champion for the needs of our Digital consumers.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and Asana project management software preferred
  • Experience navigating global cross-functional, networked teams
  • Bias toward action, solutioning, and driving results
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in leading & driving organizational changes (people, process, tools)
  • Experience working on complex programs in the digital space
  • Expert experience developing and managing stakeholder engagement, operating models, work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests
